By using this application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Also, when using the services provided by this application, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. They and this agreement may be modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.
ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS APPLICATION WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION.
In order to use this application:
You are responsible for keeping your SenseIt Authentication Key and any other login credentials secret and private, and you are responsible for any and all activities that occur on your account and under those login credentials. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
In order to provide the best in-app experience to you, we may modify the service and its features at any time. This includes but is not limited to removing features and suspending or removing the service entirely. You will be given notice to these modifications before they take effect to the best of our ability, however it will not be a requirement.
Orcacode may terminate your account and any or all of its data and information if we think you violated this agreement.
SenseIt will provide access to your energy data to the best of its ability, but it makes no guarantee that the data is accurate and matches any reports or figures you may have obtained via other data sources. However, if we discover any data inaccuracies we will attempt to rectivy them to the best of our ability.
SenseIt is designed to be fun, informative, intuitive, and safe, however, it is not responsible for any actions of any user. Use caution and common sense when sharing any information provided to you in the app. Do not give out personally identifiable information, credit card numbers or other financial information, or home or work addresses.
ORCACODE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF USING OR NOT USING THIS APPLICATION SUCH AS BUT NOT LIIMITED TO DATA LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, PSYCHOLOGICAL DISTRESS, INABILITY TO ACCESS THIS APPLICATION, INABILITY TO USE THIS APPLICATION OR ITS FEATURES, OR DAMAGES TO ANY SOFTWARE OR PHYSICAL DEVICE THIS APPLICATION RUNS ON OR INTERACTS WITH.
